BBUS 3331: Introduction to Production and Operations Management

This course examines the functional area of production and operations management as practised in the manufacturing industry. The course includes decision-making, capacity planning, aggregate planning, forecasting, inventory management, distribution planning, materials requirements planning (MRP), project management and quality control.

Sample Grading Scale & Final Exam

To successfully complete this course, students must achieve a passing grade of 50% or higher on the overall course, and 50% or higher on the final mandatory exam.
