Tuition Refund Policy
Refunds Before the Program of Study Starts
If written notice of withdrawal is received by Euton College one week (more than 7 days) before the commencement of the period of instruction specified, Euton College will retain $500 as a documentation fee and any other fees paid to third-party (schools).
If written notice of withdrawal is received by Euton College within one week (1-7 days) before the commencement of the period of instruction specified, Euton College will retain $1000 as documentation fee and any other fees paid to third-party (schools).
For all courses provided by Selkirk College: If a student paid tuition of SELKIRK COLLEGE FREN 102/FREN103/SPAN 102/SPAN 103/ENGL 110/PSYC 110 class, or if Selkirk College has issued a student id for the student, he/she will receive NO refund, and will be billed for all ensuing costs by the Euton College.
Refunds for ECEA & EDUC & CELPIP Program
If a new student is confirmed to apply to the above programs, the student will receive no refund unless the class is Cancelled by Euton College.
Refunds After the Program of Study Starts
If a new student is enrolled, and the withdrawal is received by Euton College, once students start the class, the student will receive no refund, including tutor fee and school tuition, and will be billed for all ensuing costs by the Euton College.
How to Refund
To be considered for a refund, a student must submit a withdrawal form to the College and must have written notice of withdrawal signed by a Euton College advisor (with the exception of a $500 administration fee). No other form of notice shall be considered valid. Please also send your course drop/deferral/change forms to accounting@eutoncollege.ca.
Tuition Refunds
- Refunds will be granted only for those courses officially dropped by the published deadline.
- Eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the date a course is dropped.
- Refund cheques will be issued in the name of the student unless an authorization letter is submitted.
- Cash or EMT refunds will not be sent to the student.
- After refund form is received by Euton College from a student, a refund cheque will be ready for the student to pick up within 10 business days.
